Dr. Silbert has always been an innovative thinker as her practice has developed
and areas of expertise have expanded over the past twenty years. Whether
it is the "will to live" or the "will to win," the mind has the capacity
to greatly enhance the performance of the body.
Dr. Silbert has integrated therapy into the mental game of golf. An avid
golfer, she plays to a nine handicap index. She has competed for the past
ten years in San Diego City and County Tournaments and as a member of Torrey
Pines and Coronado's Women's Golf Clubs. One of her latest accomplishments
was coming in runner-up in the first flight , of the San Diego Women's
City Amateur.
Dr. Silbert knows that you already possess
